The Forum offers you

  • Support: Our members come together and work with each other as a means of support. We discuss and share our ideas, our skills and our issues, by regularly using the discussion board for sharing information and best practice.
  • Discussion: The Discussion Board allows us to ask other members for help or advice, we can gain knowledge from our members regarding our own issues and problems, whether it be how much to charge for an A4 print or information on new equipment, its usage, and even picking the brains of our members to answer questions on who to contact when looking for suppliers of equipment, binding supplies, paper etc.
  • Copyright Navigator: Reprographics Copyright Navigator (our pride and joy) we have worked closely with the Copyright Licensing Authority to create our interactive navigator. Ever struggled to confirm if you are allowed to make copies from a particular document, this toolkit will help.
  • Visits: We visit other colleges, schools and universities to experience how others work and we get imaginative ideas on how to improve our own print rooms and better aid students and staff. We also arrange group visits to suppliers to gain first-hand knowledge on their products.
  • Progress: It is also the aim of the group to contribute substantially to the development and maintenance of high quality, value for money, printing and related services for the enhancement of teaching, learning, research, marketing, administration and publicity activities in Education.
